Akash Rattan is a 25 year finance professional and is currently a professor at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. Akash has been in Finance Executive roles Hsopital Foundations and other not-for-profits. Akash has managed over $1Bn in investable assets and has created multiple Statement of investment policies, Statement of Investment Beliefs. Akash also created a framework for selecting and monitoring fund managers. Akash has also directly managed a $300M fixed income portfolio. Akash introduced an ESG framework on a $0.5Bn in 2013.
